Return and Replacement Policy
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY

- We hope that you will love our products. Because we create custom printed products, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds except under the limited conditions described below.
- Except as provided in this Replacement Policy, all sales of Ordered Products are final and are made on a one-way basis and you may not return Ordered Products or receive a refund or replacement without our express, prior written authorization.
- It is your responsibility to inspect the products you receive from us within fourteen (14) days after receipt (the “Inspection Period”). You will be deemed to have accepted the Ordered Products unless you give us written notice of any Wrong or Damaged Products during the Inspection Period and provide such written evidence or other documentation as we may reasonably request. “Wrong or Damaged Products” means only the following: (i) the products shipped are different than the Ordered Products identified in your Order; or (ii) the Ordered Products are damaged when you receive them. If you timely notify us of any Wrong or Damaged Products, we will, in our sole discretion, (i) replace such Wrong or Damaged Products, or (ii) credit or refund the portion of your Order Total that applies to such Wrong or Damaged Products, together with any reasonable shipping and handling expenses paid by you in connection with the shipment of such Wrong or Damaged Products. If no other return address is provided by us, you will ship, at your expense and risk of loss, the Wrong or Damaged Products to our facility identified in the Order Confirmation. If we exercise our option to replace Wrong or Damaged Products, we will, after receiving your return shipment of the Wrong or Damaged Products, ship the replacement products to you at the address to which the Wrong or Damaged Products were previously shipped to you, which will be at your expense and risk of loss. If you return Ordered Products (i) that you are not entitled to return, (ii) that are not in their original condition, (iii) that are without proper or missing packaging, (iv) with items missing from the return delivery, or (v) without following our return instructions, or if you have otherwise failed to exercise reasonable care when taking care of and returning Ordered Products, we reserve the right either to reject the return and (a) decline to replace the Ordered Products, (b) decline to issue a refund, or (c) deduct from those payments to be refunded to you reasonable repair or other similar direct costs that we have incurred. You acknowledge and agree that the remedies set forth in this Replacement Policy are your exclusive remedies for the delivery of Wrong or Damaged Products.
- If you receive Wrong or Damaged Products, please contact us by e-mail at Info@homestadiums.com with your Order number, pictures of the Wrong or Damaged Products, and a detailed description of the problem with your Ordered Products. Pictures of the Wrong or Damaged Products in your e-mail to us will be greatly beneficial for a quick resolution.
